FAQ
What Happens when I travel to places outside the United States that isn't included in my plan?
More than likely, you will need to purchase travel plan or global plan so that your device will work in the country you are traveling to. You can purchase them directly from carriers in the location you are going. These travel plans are temporary and can be purchased for the duration you are traveling only.
Will purchasing a travel plan affect my Tesix Wireless plan when I come back to the States?
No, your device and service will not be affected by this. However, if you do not have a eSIM compatible device, you may need to remove your Tesix Wireless SIM card and insert the Travel SIM you receive. Be sure to keep up with your Tesix Wireless SIM so you are able to reinsert in when you're home.
Does Tesix Wireless offers travel SIMs?
At this time we do not offer Travel and Global SIMs. This is a feature we are exploring for the future.
