No, do not cancel your mobile plan with your current provider.


Your line will need to be ACTIVE in order to transfer your number to us.


We recommend porting 24-48 hours before your plan is due for renewal.


As a reminder, if you have autopay activated with your current carrier, we recommend turning it off 48 hours prior.
