Where do I find the IMEI?

Your device may contain two IMEIs: IME1 (the physical SIM IMEI) and IME2 (the eSIM IMEI). These can both be found by using the simple steps below, for your particular device type:

Android and/or Samsung Device:

Go to Settings
Scroll down and select About Phone
Scroll down to find your IMEI number

iOS Device:

Go to Settings
Go to General
Go to About
Scroll down to find your IMEI number

Alternatively, you can find your IMEI by locating it on your device’s packaging, if you have purchased a new device or if you still have your device's box.
