Help CenterYou can cancel your subscription by doing the following:

Log into your Tesix Wireless account

Go to the 'My Plans' section

Select your plan by clicking on ‘Subscription Details’

Click on ‘Subscription Settings’ and then 'Cancel Subscription'
A canceled subscription will automatically expire after the last day of the time period for which you've already paid for.
