1. Order Processing Time
All phone orders placed through our website are processed within 2 business days. All SIM Kit orders are shipped same day when placed before 12PM EST. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer 1 standard options:
- Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress through the carrier's online tracking system.
4. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. Our services are only available in the United States.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that certain order amounts may take longer to ship for verification purposes--such as ordering mobile devices with Tesix Wireless. Orders over $250 will need to be reviewed by our risk management team. This process may take an additional 2-3 days.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for shipping another item for this reason. If the item is returned a refund can be issued or customer is responsible for a $7 re-shipping fee.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In the rare event of a delayed or lost shipment, please contact our customer service team at hello@tesixwireless.com or located Chat in right hand corner of screen. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, however we have the same information as the customers.
8. Shipping Updates During Peak Seasons
During peak seasons or special promotions, order processing and shipping times may be extended. We will communicate any delays on our website or through email notifications. Peak Seasons can be:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday
- Christmas Holiday Season
