How do I cancel my services or a plan on my account?

You can cancel your subscription by doing the following:


  1. Log into your Tesix Wireless account

  2. Go to the 'My Plans' section

  3. Select your plan by clicking on ‘Subscription Details’

  4. Click on ‘Subscription Settings’ and then 'Cancel Subscription'


A canceled subscription will automatically expire after the last day of the time period for which you've already paid for.
