Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our refund policy. Where applicable, refunds are not issued for the following reasons:
- You activated a locked device. PLease check that your device is unlocked.
- You activated in a area that isn't covered. Please check coverage before activating.
- You've activated and did not use your device the entire billing cycle.
Under light circumstances, a refund can be explored in the event there is an ongoing issue with activation. This issue must be handled within 24 hours and must not fall under the above list reasons.
