You will have up to 45 days to reactivate your services and recover your phone number if your subscription is not paid.
After 45 days have passed, you'll need to create a new subscription with a new SIM card and ontain a new phone number.
If you ported in a number, we highly recommend you keep your bill current so that you don't lose your phone number.
Once the 45 days have past, you are at risk of the number being completely removed from our system.
