If it has not surpassed 45 Days since your subscription cancelled, you will be able to re-activate your same SIM and phone number by following these steps:
Log into your Tesix Wireless account using the same email address you used for the original subscription.
Click ‘Add a Plan’. Underneath the header ‘Your SIMs’, you’ll see a list of existing SIM cards. Simply select your existing SIM and then follow the steps to create a new subscription.
When you’re prompted to choose a phone number, please select “Get New Phone Number”.
The system will automatically re-allocate the phone number you had with your original subscription.
After 45 days, a brand-new subscription with a new SIM card must be obtained. Any phone number attached to old plan may no longer be available. If you ported in a number we highly recommend that you re-activate your service timely to avoid losing number.
