How to apply a Top-up to a subscription

A top-up is a convenient add-on that allows you to add credit to your mobile subscription. This means you can make calls, send texts, or access the internet in greater quantities than what is included in your base plan. It's a great way to ensure you stay connected without interruptions!


This is most common for our Simply Unlimited Plan.


By logging into your Tesix Wireless Account, you can easily upgrade your plan or choose from various data top-ups at any time. This flexibility allows you to tailor your mobile experience to your needs.



Top Up Activation

In most cases, top-ups are activated within minutes. Once you purchase a top-up, the additional data will be available until the end of your billing period or when you decide to add another top-up. If your top-up has not been added within several hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Note: If you are on our BeyondUnlimited Plan, you may not see the option to add a Top-Up since your plan is Unlimited.


How to Add


  1. Login into your Tesix Wireless Account
  2. Locate your Plan on the Home Screen
  3. If you have used all of your Data, or nearing usage, you will automatically see the ability to add a Top-Up
